This tripel and Brother David's are my favorite tripels. That banana-like flavor and smell is amazing. It does an extremely well job of hiding the alcohol too... Not a lot of heat at all considering it's 10% handle.

NOTE: Drank one of these from mid-2011 on 16MAR2012. WAY different after some more fermentation. There was a STRONG butterscotch thing going on and some caramel. Also, the alcohol heat was cranked way up! Overall, it was almost a night and day difference -  if blindfolded, I wouldn't guess it was Tripel Horse. If I could go higher than A+> on the rating, I would. Wish I had more!
